Environmental variables in multidimensional poverty measurement

In September of 2015, the «Transforming our World: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development» (UNGA, 2015) was ratified worldwide, which consists of an action plan in favor of people, the planet and prosperity. This agreement includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) and 169 associated targets. The first objective is to put an end to poverty, in all its forms, and all around the world. One of the indicators for monitoring SDG 1 isthe global Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI). Autoría:
